Julieanna's Patio Cafe will again be presenting Jazz Nights at Julieanna's every Friday, 7 to 9pm during Yuma's Winter Season, October '16 through April '17. The award winning restaurant's patio is a perfect setting for dining with great live jazz.

This year, Julieanna's is moving the party indoors and offering Summer Jazz Nights in its relaxed, cooly appointed dining room. Now this is the way to beat the heat! The Summer series will feature the YJC Trio and Jason & Elle on selected evenings, plus, of course, the customarily outstanding food, service, and overall ambience. Hot outside? It will be way cool inside this Summer at Julieanna's Patio Cafe!

Julieannas front entrance Julieanna’s Patio Cafe, 1951 W 25th Street in Yuma, is, among other things, a great venue for live jazz. Along with the exceptional food & service, THE PATIO at this multiple award-winning restaurant embraces you with its inviting, upscale/casual atmosphere - bold colors, twinkly lights, exotic birds, and of course there's the beautiful, intoxicating Yuma evenings. A unique, local, fresh experience any day of the week, "Jazz Nights" create something special at Julieanna's by adding the artistic "finishing touch" of exceptional, intimate, live musical performance. So sit back, enjoy... be waited upon!

The group performs straight-ahead, Latin, and progressive jazz, along with tunes from their 4 original music CDs. From heartfelt ballads to up-tempo excitement, the Quintet always ads a sophisticated groove to Julieanna's patio. Steven Hennig - trumpet, Brian Carlson - saxes, Carl Posch - guitar, Jon Knudtson - bass, Brandon Coz - drums

Pete Pancrazi

Pete Pancrazi has been named by Downbeat Magazine as "one to watch" and a guitar player "deserving greater attention" - this comes as no surprise to those who have heard him perform. A Yuma native, Pete took up residence as a performer & teacher in the Phoenix area in 1990. Audiences enjoy his nimble, creative guitar work and warm vocals in settings ranging from solo performances at venues in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area to the complexity of his quartet at the Desert Botanical Gardens jazz series. Pete has released four CDs to date and looks forward to his next recording project.

Jason & Elle

Jason & Elle is one of the most requested acts each year at the popular Village Jazz Series. Combining soul, r & b, Latin, and jazz into one warm, inviting "sound cocktail", this talented local duo impresses with their instrumental and vocal finesse as well as there expansive personal charm.
